Did a London broil this week with R-T-S rub and the flavor was really great. Doing a boneless pork loin, 8 1/4 lbs for Christmas. Will probably cut the meat into 2 pieces because of the different thickness at each end. Wife enjoyed the Raising the Steaks rub so much she suggested trying it on the pork.....Anyone try this ? And any comments on cutting the meat to do a more even cook??? Thanks for any comments/advise.

I'm totally addicted to Raising the Steaks. I put it on potatoes, onions, anything beef, even my bread and butter for some added zing.
However, I've never tried it on pork. I tried everything else on pork, and settled on the BGE or JH Pecan rub for all my pork needs now. -
I agree with Klag -- I use RTS on about everything and anything
