The contract company hired to help with our refueling outage is paying for a meal for the refuel team. Who am I to pass up the opportunity to get paid to do something we all love?

5 packers, 10 butts, 30 racks of baby backs.

Rollin smoke is putting it lightly.  That is gonna be quite a fun cook and follow-on eats.  Enjoy the therapy right there.
Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win.  Life is too short for light/lite beer!  Seems I'm livin in a transitional period.

I did do a small tasting menu cook for a wedding I have coming up in June, but this is the first large scale cook.

Damn son. That is awesome right there. I'm sitting around wondering if I really want to light my egg to rewarm a store bought ham

Our menu for Easter dinner at home is:

    - Smoked SRF Kurobota Ham with a cherry glaze smoked over apple chunks.
    - Sous Vide Ribeyes (daughter in law doesn't eat pork)
    - Honey Garlic Roasted Carrots
    - Broccoli with cheese sauce
    - Kings Hawaiian dinner rolls

Son and DIL are bringing the wine, dessert, and he and I will finish off the PVW 23 that I have left.

Going to be a great day.

That is a MOAC.  Mother Of All Cooks. Like @The Cen-Tex Smoker I'm feeling a little inadequate just cooking up 4.5 pounds of bacon for brunch.

    Here's the first batch.

XXL BGE, Karebecue, Klose BYC, Chargiller Akorn Kamado, Weber Smokey Mountain, Grand Turbo gasser, Weber Smoky Joe, and the wheelbarrow that my grandfather used to cook steaks from his cattle

Ha ha. We bought a ham at 9:30 last night and had to go to our "safety" store to get that. The good store
was picked clean (imagine that). We usually go big on Easter but for whatever reason we just weren't feeling it this year (or at least until 9:30 last night)
