Just watched Back to the Future.  Totally disgusted that Marty McFly (a caucasian) is shown as being the inspiration for Chuck Berry.  Talk about cultural appropriation.  Marty taking credit for Rock'n Roll.

Well, if you think about it, the Marty McFly that influenced Chuck Berry was from the future, where his moves had been undoubtedly been influenced by Mr. Berry and those who followed him. So in a way, Chuck Berry influenced himself.
    Or something like that.

Relax man.  It's Back to the Future.  A fiction and fantasy.  It's not a documentary narrated by Brian Williams.

Its falsehoods like these that lead to whitewashing a rich and deep cultural heritage.  Slippery slope my friend.
