I've been doing some egging. 3lb Chuck roast liberally coated with Sam's BBQ1 Brisket Rub. About 6.5hr at 300F. Put in foil pan with a Stella beer at 165F. Pulled at 212F. 



Pulled beef back in the juices 



Toasted ciabatta bread slathered with Hidden Valley Ranch Dip and Boars Head Muenster. Homemade potato chips as a complement.
