Tried a Ribeye cap...

Tried a prime ribeye cap from Costco. Reverse seared. Indirect at 275. Pulled at 107. 90 secs a side in the CI. The wife added some garlic, cheesy mashed potatoes, mushrooms, and a salad. Turned out great!
