what do leftover ground beef, jalapeños tomatoes and onions from my garden and cheddar cheese have in common? They were all piled on top of some egg pre-baked corn chips for some lunch time nachos.

Large BGE & Mini Max for the wok. A few old camp Dutch ovens and a wood fired oven. LSG 24” cabinet offset smoker. There are a few paella pans and a Patagonia cross in the barn. A curing chamber for bacterial transformation of meats...

Skillet nachos have turned up a few times lately. Great cook right there-love home grown Jalas. Enjoy.
