So this happened... (some food stuff, long post)
I knew that we would be Egging a whole lot more at the new house, I've just been bad about posting here. Work keeps me much busier these days and interferes with my forum activity. Damn work!!
We did some pizzas awhile back. I think I've found my favorite setup for the dough we like to use. AR with their stone and the BGE pizza stone.
Wife's pizza
My pizza
We did a brisket last weekend, and like @The_Cen-Tex_Smoker I got drunk, but unlike him, I didn't get any finished pictures. My bad.
Last night we had some simple shrimp
And after dinner, bath time and Duke went to bed, I smoked some meatballs. Those will go in some sauce tonight when I get home to warm up for some meatball subs tonight. Here's a meatball's eye view of the backyard.
I'd like to say I'm going to post more often, but who am I kidding? I'll post when I can.

He always wins in my book. Thank you. They weren't as good as the Green Lightning Shrimp, but I wanted to change things up a bit. I need to tweak the recipe a bit and I think they'll give you a run for your money.

Now if I could just get him to use the right hand...We'll have it down by football season along with the words. We're working on that already.

Thanks. Funny you should say that. He runs around the backyard all the time with my ash tool. And if I'm not looking, he'll toss it through the fence. He now runs up to the Egg and says "hot" even if I'm not cooking on it. Fast learner.Rowlett, Texas

Great pics of everything, especially the little guy. Whenever I tell my 2yo we're going to barbecue, he asks me if we're heading to Salado.#1 LBGE December 2012 • #2 SBGE February 2013 • #3 Mini May 2013A happy BGE family in Houston, TX. -

Around 325-350 for a coupla bourbon and cokes. For some reason my Egg didn't really want to get hot that night. It was just hovering around 345 and I didn't feel like messing with it as I was in no hurry. I think it was around 45 minutes plus or minus some. I didn't really note my start or stop time, just went till they were in the 155-160 range. Sorry, probably not much help.Rowlett, Texas
