First Two Cooks - Baby Backs and a Butt

After lurking here for a long time, drooling over your cooks, and reading all of the good advice here, I finally took the plunge and bought a LBGE. Last weekend I did two cooks, pics of which are posted below:
Baby Back Ribs: 2-2-1 method, rubbed with Dizzy Dust, smoked at 230-240 degrees
Butt: 5.5 lbs; 250-260 degrees for 10 hours
