Brisket Time!

I rubbed up and injected a 14 pound Brisket, should be done around noon tomorrow. Rubbed with 50/50 cow lick and turbino sugar, injected with a cup of better than bullion broth. Going overnite at 250.

    Well, "spa-Peggy" is kind of like spaghetti. I'm not sure what Peggy does different, if anything. But it's the one dish she's kind of made her own.
