Last day of holidays.

I have been on holidays for the last week. Been doing a lot of eggin. A lot of them have been routine cooks so,I won't bore you with the details. Ribs, burgers, pulled pork.
But today was the day to end on a high note.
Beer can burgers.
From the bottom up:
bbq sauce
mozza
sauteed mushrooms, onions, and bell peppers
parmesan
old cheddar
cajun spice
Accompanied by taco tots and sautéed green beans, peas, and peppers.
Forgot to snap a raw pic and a cut open pic, but trust me this was the bomb.
Half way through dinner SWMBO even said "you have to make this again for sure"
But today was the day to end on a high note.
