I still hate this new format and apparently I can't download my pictures from my note 3 to Sher-Bear's mac. This was my throw down cook but I'm not pleased with the pics. I also didn't read the rules, so...
Shrimp and chorizo empanadas along with a chick pea concoction. Cooked the chorizo, strained and cooked the parsley and shrimp in the juices left over...a great seasoning.
Made my dough and refrigerated. Cooked the zucchini down, onions and garlic...chick peas and diced tomatoes. Pretty good.
Whipped up a tamarind sauce which was un-freaking believable. Naturally tamarind and Murfreesboro don't go together so I substituted sugar..
The chick pea salad was ok but the empanadas and sauce....I heard 2 "it's the best thing you've have ever cooked" comments. All in all a success.

It does look great - I've never tried empanadas but this may drive me over the edge. Love the ideas of chorizo and shrimp. -

@henapple , if you have a Note 3, have your phone back up to Google Photos. Then you can post from anything then, plus your photos are backed up. All my pictures are on that and I just link here, instead of uploading into the page.

@eggcellsior. .. Tamarind Ginger Sauce- 1 tsp tamarind concentrate- 1 1/2 Tbsp fresh lime juice- 2/3 c. mayonnaise or sour cream- 2 tsp Dijon mustard- 1 tsp finely grated, peeled fresh ginger- 1/4 tsp saltWhisk tamarind into lime juice until dissolved. Add remaining ingredients and whisk until smooth. Refrigerate up to one week. Serve at room temperature. Makes one cup.
I substituted sugar for the tamarind.
