I was trying to repurpose the pulled bacon leftovers. Here is my creation:
I dub this, the "Belly" Buster Burger.
A 100% ground surloin burger, sharp chedder cheese, fried bacon, bbq'd pork belly, topped w a creamy bbq sauce.

The glaze was a commercial bbq sauce, thinned out using a combination of vinegar, apple cider and hot sauce.
