So Sunday I was painting interior doors in the garage and I couldn't get any of my eggs out. Long story short the oven in our house does work. It was just warming up premaid burritos from Costco but we made it 9 months without ever turning it on. Good new is I worked from home today and just finished chopping 45 pounds of pork from the XL. Actually 35 pounds since I sliced one and made sandwiches for the guys digging up our main sewer line.

I got the shoulders to cook while I watched. The roots were at the 2nd cleanout so I wasn't paying its the utility companies end and I had dealt with the utility guys before when we had issues from the house we rented and they are good guys. Its sad what caused it anyone see the issue here.

@Jeremiah the worst part is you can see the end of the pipe in my one pic they cut off. Someone put a 4" pipe inside a 6" pipe with no reducer or anything and somehow it passed inspection.

You can't have someone in a hole that deep without shoring unless solid rock. You need shoring or another type of soil constraint system (benches, etc).Lit said:@spaightlabs whats the violation?

@Lit what's wrong with the oven? I just replaced my hsi on my gas oven, really easy. If you're handy, it's cake.

@BYS1981 nothing is wrong with the oven I have just been using the eggs to cook everything. Also we took a wall out of our kitchen to open it up and lost alot of cabinet space so the oven is full of my cast iron and other pans. We are gutting it and putting in an island hopefully in the next month or 2 so I will probably use it more once we get a new one that's not full of a couple hundred pounds of cast iron.
