Pulled Pork Taquitos

These were freakin' awesome. Made with some leftover pulled pork from Sunday. I think I may try deep frying them next time. But tonight I wasn't crazy about that idea since I'm still in a deep fried comatose from last night's catfish and french fries. So I baked these in the oven for a little less than 20 minutes at 375 deg f. Still awesome! Had some sour cream and hot sauce for dipping on the side.

Outstanding idea, another great leftover re-use! I am stealing this idea. Looks great, try some mexican crema next time instead of sour cream.

Thx! Yep, I sprayed the pan with Pam as well as the top of the taquitos. They were crispy, but not completely fried like. I may try deep frying them next time...just wasn't feeling it tonight since last night's dinner was so rich.

Wow dude, that pork is the meal that keeps on giving. I can't tell is that yellow peppers or mango on the wrapper?? I might try this with egg rolls, I've had good luck baking them on the pizza stone in the egg.
