Too dark for egg pics but the meal turned out great. Cooked on the small @ 425 indirect and rubbed with BBBR and Jamacian Firewalk. Great Como for pork!!

Started the egg and set vent for 425ish and once it hit 325 it was burning clean so on goes the meat to soak up the hickory smoke. Thanks! I was hoping for a faster cook, though deep inside I knew better. 20 years ago a younger, childless me wanted nothing more than a long leisurely cook and eating at 9.
