That's a good one brother!! I normally wouldn't use the offset for such a small cook. However we have had some damp and rainy weather the past few days and I'm running it mostly to be sure there is no moisture in it. I thought while it was running, might as well throw something in there. Kill 2 birds with one stone my friend.

The sausage is a southern favorite called red hots. The closest taste that I can think of to tell you what they taste like would be spicy Bologna. Yeah I'm going to fry a few French fries as well.
