Tired of the same old- been wanting to try, and will do this again-  I did one on LBGE, a friend of mine did one on a chest smoker ( we had a throw down)Most Eggscellent ............Like to think mine one :)

Scrubbed clean, brined over night with salt, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar. Rubbed down in the AM with olive oil and a brown sugar pork rub, ran dome @ 275 for 3 hours, I was a bit behind so I bumped it to 350 for 2.5, pulled it @ 190 and rested it for an hour or so. He did his 8 hours @ 225, but I don't think his ever hit 190 as it "cut" like ham, but was still great ( I wrapped the ears and snout with pig skin rather than foil)
