My wife went out for a girl's night with some of the fairer sex from her commuter train. My sister is over helping me out with the chillins so I decided to cook the cowboy Ribeye since she knows how to eat a proper steak(medium rare).
I set it up for reverse sear, using cowlick from DP.
I'm taking it to 110 at 250°. More to come.
