So my egg hasn't been used in about a month as I was finishing table. When I open it today there is fuzzy mold on charcoal, fire box, fire ring, and grate. What do I do with it? Was thinking light it and let it burn. Any suggestions?

Light it up, burn it all off. Can't think of anything better to do."I've made a note never to piss you two off." - Stike

Thanks guys. Is this a common problem??? I guess the solution is to simply cook more oftenHenderson TN. 1 large BGE, 1 Webber Gasser (recently seems to have converted into a warming oven)

It's common if you don't use it much. Fire will take care of it in a few minutes. It leaves a white powdery residue sometimes. Just brush it of and carry on.Keepin' It Weird in The ATX FBTX
