I love grilled stuff garnished with aluminum foil and pans. Reminds me I need to buy stock in Alcoa. I even had an aluminum car made, in large part, by them.

Looks real good..... curious did you cook the chicken in the foil?
also how did you do the potatos, did you put them in the pan under the chicken while it was cooking.... wait but that would mean they were not cooked in the foil
OK I guess what I'm try to say is..... whats the recipe

thanks guys. I meat glued the prosciutto to the flattened breasts after I marinated them in Allegro over night. Potatoes in the pan covered on the egg for 45 min.at 375* , uncovered them and put the chicken on the grid above the potatoes till 160*. The potatoes still weren't done so I wrapped the chicken in foil. Took another 30 min before they were done. Next time I'll leave them covered longer. They were coated in evoo, oregeno, and some itallian seasoning. The salad was just chopped romaine, kalamata olives halved, cucumbers, tomatoes, feta, croutons, and greek dressing. It was really good.In Manchester, TNVol For Life!
