Got to talk to Aaron at the register, but he had to leave right after the doors opened.
Best brisket I've ever had. Beef rib was just as good as the brisket. Pulled pork and spare rib were both very good, but they were underwhelming after the brisket and beef rib being so on point.
Didn't stay as long as @cazzy
but still got a little tour and explanation of the pits, cook temps/times, and process.

All in all great day. It was nice to meet all of you fellow eggheads. Great work all who were involved in putting on the Salado Fest. Big thanks to @henapple
