Anyone use them? Hitting a large BGE dealer probably this weekend for some toys, and he is advertising them for $99.99 for the Large.

@SmokinOutBack Its a nice shop, lots of rubs, sauces in additions to lots of accessories and they are all super friendly. When they have an event it can be a bit crowded.They/Them

I had 2 steel things fabbed locally: http://www.eggheadforum.com/discussion/1151065/introducing-the-tuff-guyThey are actually quite versatile. So far, they can be used as skillets, platesetters, baking steel clones. When I set them on the ground, they work well as a place to set a hot grid. Cost for everything was about $180. I feel that I was overcharged for labor, but the place was close to hom, on the way to work, so I didn't bother too much with shopping around. I've been pretty happy with them. I imagine that a cast iron platesetter would be similar in some ways.A few cooks:#1 LBGE December 2012 • #2 SBGE February 2013 • #3 Mini May 2013A happy BGE family in Houston, TX.
