Well, I spent all last night making my sate sauce. Tonight so far I've trimmed cut and pounded out ten pork tenderloins (of the twenty I'm doing) in  prep for the Toronto eggfest which I thought occurred this weekend. I guess June first comes late this year

I don't understand what you are disappointed about... pounding your meat alone is usually a relatively fun activity. :))

LS, please don't rush us through the summer now that warmer weather has finally arrived.

I'm looking forward to sampling your pork next Saturday.

Well, "spa-Peggy" is kind of like spaghetti. I'm not sure what Peggy does different, if anything. But it's the one dish she's kind of made her own.

Travis - I don't know if I should be offended because you agree I look like a mega dork or feel sorry for you because you feel the same way about yourself. Wait a second. I think I know the answer.

Down here in Texas, if you do something stupid, some of us would call you a maroon. You know...like somebody who attended that school down in College Station, Texas A&M. So are you lumping yourself in with all those Aggies? If so, my respect for you just fell a notch. :))
