That's what you get for listening to Mickey. Spiral sliced Hams are pre cooked and only need to be glazed and warmed. Follow the cook temps on the package and use your egg instead of your oven.Keepin' It Weird in The ATX FBTX

I'd do a spiral. I'd just cook it as low as I can go (200F ?) until 140. Baste, smoke, eat.

All I ever did was spiral when doing Egarts. But you really need solid for mineSalado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Plus a couple Pit Boss Pellet Smokers.

I did one today, indirect at 270 degrees. Basted every 15 minutes with a mixture of a can of concentrated orange juice, the sugar glazing package that came with the ham and a Coke. Cooked to 140 degrees internal -- took three and a half hours. It was a big hit!!
