I don't know who raises these, but I scored one. Marinated overnight in Allegro Hot. Cooked at 400, raised grid until the internal was randomly at least 180 (no one likes underdone chicken).

The one I did yesterday only had 13 legs, guess he walked kinda funny.
Not to get technical, but according to chemistry alcohol is a solution...

Looks good DocSalado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Plus a couple Pit Boss Pellet Smokers.

I got the one from Amazon, works great. I do these at least once a month since seeing Doc's set up last fall. SWMBO wouldnt eat drumsticks until i marinated them and cooked them this way on the BGE.
I also saw a similar rack at Walmart over the weekend for around $5.Cincinnati

Amazon's is a much better rack then the WW rack.Great large animal cook Doc!Delta B.C. - Whiskey and steak, because no good story ever started with someone having a salad!
