Big Green Egg - EGGhead Forum - The Ultimate Cooking Experience...
It doesn’t get much hotter than the EGG cookin’ in July! Make sure to keep yourself hydrated with a bit of whatever you’re using for the Beer Can Chicken. Ice Cream Sandwiches are also a great way to stay cool. Looking for some great ideas for a summer cook out? Try out a Pimento Cheeseburger or Dr. BBQ’s Spare Rib Surprise. Just don’t be surprised if your neighbors stop by for a quick bite when they smell what you’re cooking!

28 Legged Chicken

I don't know who raises these, but I scored one.  Marinated overnight in Allegro Hot.  Cooked at 400, raised grid until the internal was randomly at least 180 (no one likes underdone chicken).

A rare side dish of white potatoes.

The one I did yesterday only had 13 legs, guess he walked kinda funny.

Not to get technical, but according to chemistry alcohol is a solution...

Best way to do chicken legs. Looks great, Doc. How many people were you feeding?

Ok Doc, I'll ask...where did you get the racks?
Looks amazing! I think chicken is the best on the BGE.

I got the one from Amazon, works great. I do these at least once a month since seeing Doc's set up last fall. SWMBO wouldnt eat drumsticks until i marinated them and cooked them this way on the BGE.
I also saw a similar rack at Walmart over the weekend for around $5.
