Well, I worked over the new BGE, this weekend.
On Friday Night we had a little Papa Murphy's Pizza. Burnt one a little.
On Saturday I worked over some Baby Backs.
Ready to go on:
Gettin' 'em on:
CLOSE THE LID!!
Mid-way through and lookin' good:
"Babe, the ribs are done."
On Sunday, I worked over a little 6.5 lb brisket flat.
I failed to get a post cook picture.
We really need to find our digital camera software and get it loaded on our new computers. Taking iPhone pictures at night and in the dark isn't going to work.
This is the first time I have ever slow cooked ribs and brisket and they were awesome. Thanks, Big Green Egg!! :P

Jaymag....way to break in the egg. Not sure where exactly you are at my parents live up near you (well, by Bush and the Tollway). They have a Pappa Murphys near them and while it ain't bad, once you make a 'za from scratch, you'll never go back.

Around 250 for a little over 6 hours. Though near the end I couldn't keep the temp from rising. I think it was because of the grease in the drip pan.

Nice job; way to jump in!
