Mad Max Turkey Seasoning

Is anyone willing to share the general blend for the seasoning? Figure salt, pepper, paprika, lemon, and some herbs. Am I on the right track?

Nope. I've all ways been the herb butter guy and went for the "pretty" bird. Tomorrow's bird will travel for 1hr so I know the skin will be toast. I think I'm going to mix some MM and OO into a paste and rub between skin and meat and hit skin with MM directly. Prolly gonna spatchcock but undecided. I know it will come to me in a dream. Lol.

It's definitely got a little celery seed. Follow the Original MM Recipe above and you'll be fine.

Another year and again forgot to get Mad Max ahead of time. Still not carried locally. Figured I would bump.for those interested in the seasoning recipe.
