Man's night. Woodford and wings. Tried 4 variations.

Teriyaki, duck sauce and sesame seeds

Cajun hot and honey

Loveless Cafe Peach Rub and basted with peach jam and butter

Head Country and corn starch... No pics but always good. Order some Head Country rub and sauce.... Great on St Louis ribs

The peach wings were phenomenal. If you haven't tried the Loveless Cafe Peach Rub.. I highly recommend it. A hint of peach with some heat. The jam butter combo set it off.

Green egg, dead animal and alcohol. The "Boro".. TN

Salado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Plus a couple Pit Boss Pellet Smokers.
