Pork tenderloins and root veg hash

I got a couple nice looking pork tenderloins last night. I decided to throw them in a simple marinade of soy sauce, balsamic vinager, brown sugar and garlic. 30 min before cooking I got them out of the marinade and coated one with dizzy dust and one with swamp venom. I decided to pair it with a root veg hash so I diced up some turnips, parsnips, carrots, and potatoes and tossed them in the skillet with some EVOO, butter, salt, pepper and a little bit of fresh rosemary I had lying around.

The tenderloins were cooked raised direct at 400 over 1 large chunk of hickory. Unfortunately I got preoccupied and over cooked one a bit (final IT 160) but the other was perfect, and the root veg hash was the star of the meal.
