Wasn't going to post any more cooks until my classes were complete. I just couldn't help but to fire up the little mini tonight. Forgive me my friends, but I succumbed to temptation.

    @SGH‌ I've been in Da South for 20+ yrs and I'm still not a big fan of greens. Maybe I just haven't had them made by the right person yet. I'm sure they're good.

    The trick is to add 4 cups of bacon grease and 1 cup of melted lard to them before serving. Outstanding to say the least my friend. Give it a try sometime and see what you think.
