I am one FIRED UP newbie here! I'm a long time connoisseur of all things smoked and grilled, and have some experience on other types of grills and smokers. Imagine my surprise when ,at the company picnic a few weeks ago, my name gets drawn for  a large egg in a compact table with a couple of accessories. WOOOOOO HOOOOOO! I'd seen these beauties at the home show before, but really didn't pay much attention due to the fact that I probably wouldn't spend that kind of coin on a grill. Any way, I went out today, and bought casters, a plate setter and a cover in addition to the wireless dual thermometer that came yesterday. The water sealer is drying on the table now, and tomorrow is the big day! Just finished putting rub on a 3 lb. pork loin, I've done my homework on YOU TUBE, and here we go! Gotta get practiced up to make a Thansgiving turkey next month for the guys at work! Wish me luck!
