    Had a couple days off without my little helpers to "help" me out.  So I decided to try and build me a table for my XL that I so badly needed.  Didn't want anything fancy, just a basic table that I can add to later on (towel rack, bottle opener, hooks, etc).  Turned out pretty good.  Stained it and put a couple coats of poly on it to help keep the elements off it.

    • First Try Breakfast Fatty

      Always wanted to make one, so today was the day. Turned out great. I kept it simple. Bacon weave, hot sausage, scrambled egg, and cheddar cheese. Next time I’ll step it up a bit.

      First try at a pizza. Got temp at 400 and stabilized there. Had stone on while preheating. Pulled pork, bbq sauce drizzle, with banana peppers. Was great.
