20hr Boston Butt
Cooked this 10lb beauty for 10hrs at 205 then bumped it up to 225 for the remaining 10hrs after a long night on the Egg. Pulled her off at 203 degrees F. I'd say it was a success!1 · -

Yeah last one I did was 250 for 12 hrs, much faster. Thought this one was a bit more tender and juicy but that might have been the difference from going to a butcher vs the grocery store. Pretty much…2 ·
