Just put on for a low and slow over-night. First time doing boneless butts. Costco doesn't sell bone-in. These boneless butts needed to be tied. I tied them together. Real pain in a$$. 14.5 lbs.…1 · -

I look at food-porn until I'm in the mood to cook. Then I use a Mapp torch to light my fire. - Easy and fast. I see no need to try any other way. Works perfect every-time.1 ·
