That looks nice. I also like the grease trap on the back. I have been a little too aggressive when pulling the grease towards me to the channel on my 36. Hot grease on the top of your feet is not fun…1 · -

I have a large and a small. Honestly I don't see any reason to get a small or minimax for weeknight cooks. My large comes to temp faster than my small. I have heard mixed things on the mini-max.…1 · -
