While on a break, this happened.
Cooked two Tomahawks indirect at 320° until IT of 118°, then removed and tented and seared for two mins/side at 500°. Sorry only beginning and end shots, no money shot...we were hungry! Rubbed one wi…5 · -

Mid-week Pork Loin
Cooked at 300° to an IT of 145. Used Bad Byron's Butt Rub and pecan wood for smoke. Not sure what order pics will come out, but you can figure it out.1 ·
