@jfm0830 - the egg does not lend itself to a uniform bed of coals at temps much under 400º, it does lend itself to a cooking chamber with very uniform heat distribution. I think it is all about air f…1 · -

Agreed. Gasser has its place. My 12 year old Broil King Regal was panned by Consumer Reports because one of their tests is to leave it unattended and to load it with 6 full rib eyes, full flame and …2 ·
