Great tip I will have to try that on my next one....theory was that my crust would be over cooked if I let it sit for to long on the stone before removing it but now I am just going to let it ride...…1 · -
First brisket cooked.....I feel like I have given birth
Cooked @225 for 10hrs or so, foiled for the last 3 hrs just because I was afraid we were never going to eat...overall great meat but the bark wasn't what I expected.....maybe because I foiled it but …1 · -
