Tomahawk so good it ended with a bang
Reverse seared up a tomahawk for Swmbo and I and a lil NY strip for the girls last night. Came out killer. Roasted at 300°; pulled at 115° internal, seared at 650° For 4 minutes a side. Pulled em off…4 ·
