Smoking Goose butcher shop in Indy had a freezer sale. Got over 20lbs for $50. Jowl bacon, ham, chops, turkey, and rabbit sausage. Going to be a fun weekend.5 · -
Bone in Prime Rib! First try
Great day today. Prime Rib cooked to 120ish. Reversed seared for fun. Used the docs herb butter rub. Very little left over from an 11lb bone in roast. Thanks for all the previous posts on this topic.…5 · -
