Bone in Prime Rib! First try

MrA46221MrA46221 Posts: 80
Great day today. Prime Rib cooked to 120ish. Reversed seared for fun. Used the docs herb butter rub. Very little left over from an 11lb bone in roast. Thanks for all the previous posts on this topic. I learned so much!

I shared 1. Told others they were used as a roast rack and they wouldn’t want it. Don’t know how I got away with that.
  • Looks perfect. Good call on the bones.
