In Texas seems like always on chickens till maybe a year or so ago then don’t remember seeing then. Turkeys seem to always have package here in Texas.1 · -

Am I the only one grilling GIZZARDS on the EGG?
I do gizzards for Salt and I several times a month for lunch. Anyone else? Very simple cook. 350/400 about 25/30 minutes till 165. I use SPG from HEB (salt-pepper-garlic).2 · -
