Local butcher had prime porterhouse on sale for $7.99lb so we had them cut up a couple 2" chunks, 6lbs worth. Reverse sear with hickory. Hasselbacks and green beans. Lots of oohs and ahas.2 · -

Now you did it haha. Narduzzi is from Meatchicken State, good coach however. Think I have reverse sear ribeyes nailed. 2" bone in smoked with hickory at 250 until 115 internal. BGE cast iron hal…1 · -
