Traditional on Sundays in the Yucatan, pork shoulder marinated in sour orange juice and achiote, and smoked in banana leaves. Came out almost as good as being in Mexico...3 · -
Cheap Turkey Thighs, Sous Vide Style :)
Turkey thighs, $1.29/lb. Sous vide for 10 hours at 150, quick ice bath, then on the Mini for smoke and crispy skin. Amazing!1 ·
