    Nothing like a little treat after a long week. DP Raising the Steaks for seasoning, and a few minutes on the hot Mini.

    Smoked a turkey breast Saturday, gotta take care of the leftovers. Turkey Tetrazzini, kinda like Mom used to make, only better when baked on the Egg!

    Thick cut pork chop, Jaccarded, brined with DP Tsunami Spin, salt, Agave, and raised direct on the Mini, 350ish. Like butta' :)

    Nothin' much to tell, pretty basic. Some ground grass fed beef, a couple J-Ville Italians, some Italian spice, onion, garlic, bread crumbs and an egg. The smoke makes them special.
