Meatballs on the Mini, a match made in Egg Heaven....
On the Mini indirect with the Mini Woo...
Done at about 155 (300 for 50 minutes or so)
Plated, with a quick tomato sauce, topped with some Parmigiano-Reggiano and fresh basil...

Love meatballs off the Mini. Please tell about yoursSalado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Just given a Mini to add to the herd.

Nothin' much to tell, pretty basic. Some ground grass fed beef, a couple J-Ville Italians, some Italian spice, onion, garlic, bread crumbs and an egg. The smoke makes them special.
