Using foil becomes a crutch for ribs or brisket, hence the term Texas Crutch, IMO. In a kamado, don't think it is required, in the kettle, it is suggested. Ribs open to the smoke will have more …1 · -

@Ladeback69 - Awesome! I use .22cal wad cutter pellets in a Webly with a muzzle velocity dialed to about 350ft per sec. Doesn't kill them but hurts like hell. Works on neighbours kitties as well…1 · -
