Ok, so Molly badgered me into posting pics of this. Sigh.

!.5 lbs 80% ground beef
bread crumbs
1 egg
1 stalk celery
1 green pepper
Worcestershire sauce
1 red onion
DP something or other
S&P

Last 15-20 minutes, topped with Sweet Baby Ray's Honey BBQ Sauce.

About 1.5 hrs at 350°, platesetter, legs up with drip pan.

With mashed potatoes and steamed green beans, It was good (even if the pics aren't). :)

Thanks, it was! I usually don't add any sauce, but really liked the SBR on this.

Yep, I love a good meatloaf! Thanks for sharing Michael. :)
  • Oooooh, Michael that looks good enough to EAT! Nothing like having comfort food with lots of leftovers. Thank you for all the pictures.

Have you ever made meatloaf with half beef and half pork? I'm wondering how that compares. It's a common combo for Italian meatballs.

Thanks, Ross. I don't do them often. Not sure why as I do like meat loaf and it's a simple cook. And they are all different since there is no recipe.
