Here is a pic of the table I made last Fall. It's made from Fir 2x6s and 2x4s with about 6 coats of spar varnish. I ran the top boards thru the jointer and planer to get rid of the cupping and twist. The egg is spaced up to make the bottom shelf more usable. I do some DO cooking (that's why I have Kingsford) so I made room for my DO table. Got the L last month, still undecided as to cut a hole for it, or to leave it in the nest.
